Steel body
This product group has always been the most consumed group among our products due to its wide application in manufacturing a wide range of parts used in various industries. Cutting and shaping small and large parts made of metal sheets with a variety of single and multi-stage molds (progressive) and arrangement (trim) of forged parts are the most important applications of such presses.
In the new generation of D-shaped impact presses, by utilizing the most modern equipment in the world and the advanced design of the day, we have succeeded in making presses with high accuracy, quality, and efficiency, which have turned this category of products into a strong competitor for products. Advanced and expensive foreign.

Hydraulic overload protection system
These types of east presses are equipped with a hydraulic overload protection device. This system, by detecting overload in a mechanical press, discharges the pressure in a hydraulic cylinder and stops the press operation and prevents Damage to the press and mold occurs in overtime. This system is a standard equipment in today's advanced and modern presses with various uses. In addition to protecting the press when overloading, the hydraulic overload protection system also has the following advantages.
Template protection
Release the press when the part is stuck in the mold and the mold is locked.
Stop operations in dangerous situations
Recognize the need for the template to sharpen
Reduce looseness and distances between parts
Detection of severe asymmetric stresses
Equipped with long ROM guides
In long presses with the lowest slack ratio of C25 and C40, 4 long tips are used. These guides are designed with a long length, a suitable surface and the least looseness to the ROM to create the maximum resistance to slip and deflection of the ROM for various reasons, including asymmetry in the mold. The design of these presses is such that the length of the conflict between the ROM and the guides remains the same in all circumstances. Interchangeable coating of phosphor-bronze and aluminum-bronze alloys is installed on the shaft bearings as well as the ram guides. This coating is resistant to abrasion and has grooves on it to store oil.
Press safety valve
Regular service of the pneumatic valve of the clutch and brake and the occurrence of defects in it can be dangerous. In order to prevent accidents that occur due to technical defects in the clutch and brake valves, a special valve can be used instead of ordinary valves. This type of valve, which is called double, consists of 2 valves connected in series. In addition, there are sensors or sensors inside this set that indicate a malfunction.
Pneumatic Balancing ROM
Using pneumatic jacks, which, like a spring, apply a vertically adjustable upward force to the ROM, a force is applied to neutralize the weight of the ROM and the part of the mold to which it is attached. In this way, in addition to eliminating the looseness between the components inside the ROM, the electromotor current is prevented when the ROM returns and energy consumption is saved.
Pneumatic clutch and brake
We are proud to produce and supply clutch and brake presses for the first time in the country. In the older generation of mechanical presses, instead of clutches and brakes, a mechanism known as a thorn and a rocket was used to control the movement of the ROM. In this mechanism, after the ROM of the machine starts to move, it is not possible to stop it along the return route, therefore, the safety of the press operator is greatly reduced. The unfortunate incidents that happened many times for the operators of such presses and unfortunately still happen because of this shortcoming. Unlike the thorn and missile mechanism, using the clutch and brake, it is possible to stop the device ROM at any point along the route. In cases where the mold has no protection and the operator's hand is in danger, using this feature and the necessary electrical arrangements, the operator is required to place both hands on the buttons on the control panel until the ROM press is stopped. Is holding. If he removes any of the hands from the buttons, the ROM will stop immediately. This ensures the safety of the hands. In presses of 15 to 100 tons, the clutch and brake are designed and manufactured as a compact set. In this set, the pads are freely in place without being riveted or glued, so they can be replaced quickly and easily.
Equipped with 6 long ROM guides
These guides are designed with a long length, a suitable surface and the least looseness to the ROM to create the maximum resistance to slip and deflection of the ROM for various reasons, including asymmetry in the mold. The design of these presses is such that the length of the conflict between the ROM and the guides remains the same in all circumstances. Interchangeable coating of phosphor-bronze and aluminum-bronze alloys is installed on the shaft bearings as well as the ram guides. This coating is resistant to abrasion and has grooves on it to store oil.
Control system:
In this easy-to-use system, it is provided together with the safety of the operator. For different conditions, there are different command modes as follows.
Inching:
In this case, with the command of the clutch operator, it engages momentarily and the ROM press moves in millimeters. The template installation and initial settings are easily done using this mode.
Two hands:
This mode is used when the mold has no protection and the operator's hands are at risk. As long as the device ROM is moving downwards, the ROM will stop immediately if the operator removes any of their hands from the buttons that are separate for each hand.
Pedal:
When the mold is equipped with protection or is provided by the operator's safety light curtain, the use of the operator's pedal gives the operator freedom and faster production.
Automatic:
This mode is used when we use automation equipment (feeder).
Reverse cycle:
This mode is used when installing and adjusting the template as well as when the template is locked. PLC is used in all control panels.
With the aim of easy access of the buyer to the spare parts and less dependence on the press manufacturer, the PLC used has been selected from the most reputable and well-known global brand (SIEMENS). Also, other electrical parts are selected from the highest quality brands that have a reputable representative and after-sales service in Iran. In the event of an error in the system, such as low wind pressure, oil run-off, etc., in addition to automatic stop, the relevant message will be notified to the operator through warning lights and display of text on the screen. For safety, all commands are 24 volts
Automatic lubrication
All bearings and press guides are automatically lubricated by an electric pump at regular intervals when the machine is turned on. Intervals, lubrication time and amount of oil can be changed for each part, which are adjusted depending on the speed of operation of the press.
Oily gearbox
In presses that use a gearbox mechanism, the gears are housed in a chamber containing vascazin. In this way, in addition to reducing noise, the durability of the gears increases significantly. Conical coupling is used to connect the gear to the shaft. In this mechanism, in addition to the fact that the gear is disassembled easily during the service of the device, there is no looseness at the connection point over time.
Variable rate, the ability to change the size of the opening (adjust the ROM) and the presence of two tables
The ability to change the course and size of the machine opening allows the use of a wide range of different molds on one press and will be economical. There is an extra table with each device, which eliminates the need for space absorbers when using low-rise molds.
Lubricating bearings and guides
Interchangeable bronze phosphor alloy coating is installed on the shaft bearings as well as the ram guides. This coating is resistant to abrasion and has grooves on it to store oil.
Setup and training, 12-month warranty and ten-year after-sales service
After transporting the device and announcing the readiness of the buyer, the technician of this company will be sent to the buyer's factory to set up and teach how to operate and maintain the device. If the mold is ready and the buyer wishes, the installation and initial adjustments of the mold are done by the East Press technician, after producing a number of test pieces, the press is delivered to the buyer while working. All the above cases are done with the guarantee of all mechanical parts of the device for one year after commissioning without receiving any cost. Also, the company is committed to providing after-sales service (supply of parts and dispatch of service) for at least 10 years for a fee.
