In large gate presses, the body is made in several pieces and the body components are connected to each other by several steel rods (Tie Rod) and related nuts. When assembling the body parts, these rods are pulled by a special hydraulic tool with hundreds of tons of force and are fastened in place when the end nuts are stretched.

In large presses with a long stroke, elements are added to the hydraulic circuit so that the slide can travel part of the stroke at high speed under the influence of its own weight. Hydraulic Shock Absorber
This system is used when we want to use hydraulic press for cutting molds. In the cutting process, when the piece (Blank) is detached from the sheet, a shock enters the hydraulic circuit, which damages the different parts over time. This system consists of two or more jacks and other hydraulic elements that have a function similar to a shock absorber in a car. The impact created by this device is absorbed and damage to the hydraulic system is prevented.
For safety, when installing the mold or press service, it is necessary to make sure that the slide does not move downwards under any circumstances. For this purpose, one or more spacers are usually used, which are placed between the slide plates and the press table. Sometimes all the space between the slide and the table is occupied by the mold and there is no space to place these spacers. To solve this problem, a device called Slide Locking is installed around the slide press. When necessary, the steel tabs of this device are inserted by horizontal hydraulic jacks into the holes that are installed in the sides of the slide and prevent the vertical movement of the slide in any situation.
PLC is used in all control panels.
